My earned pack isn't showing in the Store but I see a red number notification.

Product: EA SPORTS FC 24
Platform:Xbox Series S

What is your Gamertag/PSN ID/Switch ID?
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team™
Which part of the mode? Squad Battles
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 24/09/23
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 12:00 Ish
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Idk it just appeared
What happens when the bug occurs? The notification stays there
What should be happening instead? No notification for a pack that’s not there

I went to redeem a bronze pack out of a bronze pack but then a notification appeared and it hasn’t gone away and there is no pack in the store and it is very annoying so I would just like some help to fix it I’ve tried everything but nothings worked I just don’t want the notification HELP needed plz

  • Update: Thank you for your patience and support, I know it's been a while. By now, the problem should be resolved, so if it persists, restart the game and check again.

    If you are not able to claim your packs despite seeing only the notification number in the store, please check both the game and the UT web app/ companion app.

    Remember also to restart your game and check again.
