My earned pack isn't showing in the Store but I see a red number notification.

    Update: Thank you for your patience and support, I know it's been a while. By now, the problem should be resolved, so if it persists, restart the game and check again.

    Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. The information will be forwarded to our game team for further review. 

    If you are not able to claim your packs despite seeing only the notification number in the store, please check both the game and the UT web app/ companion app.

    Remember also to restart your game and check again.  

    Please also give us more info that could help during our investigation.

    Does it appear in the game or on the UT web app : OF COURSE NOT

    What is your time zone? GMT+2 ( Tirana )
    How often does the bug occur? Too much

    How often does the bug occur? - The bug has been there for a few days now

    I can see i have earned some packs from Objectives and also from opening bronze packs in the store but i cannot see them in the "My Packs" Section

    I’ve tried everything suggested by the proposed solution but the issue persists.  The issue is happening on the Xbox and companion app.

    @EA_Pulsar Im on ps4,i cant see the pack i got from some gold pack i think it was jumbo premium gold pack and that i got some pack that i cant open becouse its not there but i have the red dot that means is in the store

    This needs to be looked into immediately, over 100 posts, people missing packs and not getting what the have earned. Please pin this thread @EA_Pulsar
