My fc24 it gets stuck every 2 to 3 minutes

My fc24 game is stuck every 2 to 3 minutes I am not able to play half of game i am not able to play 5 minutes in raw, I have to close it every time and try to start again, I checked my network connection is working very good, what the * is this why you made us buy a game and it is not working
