My Screen was flashing red at the top

My Screen was flashing a long rectangle of red, clearly a visual glitch but I don't know what it is or if I should be worried? It only happened twice for about 4 seconds each time. Any help would be ...

You can also delete those files on the console.

Is that Xbox or PlayStation you are playing on?
