My Screen was flashing red at the top

My Screen was flashing a long rectangle of red, clearly a visual glitch but I don't know what it is or if I should be worried? It only happened twice for about 4 seconds each time. Any help would be ...

If you delete those files, everything will download again and fix itself automatically. On some occasions, players need to uninstall and re-install the game to fix damaged files.
