No Gameplay Sound FC 24 but every other sound

Hello,

I play on PC. I have every sound in FC24 (stadium, commentator, dumb cut scenes, music, literally everything) BUT I have no gameplay sound (kicking the ball for example) when playing a game. The funny thing is when I disconnect my PS5 controller (connected with cable) I have gameplay sound.

I tried everything I know:

-Deactivating the controller completely as a sound device in Control Panel sound settings

-Starting the game without connected controller and connect it after

-Resetting the controller through pin hole

-Deactivating the "Programs have sole control over the device" checkbox the controllers properties

-Downloading and setting up a Controller Emulator

-Restarting my PC 10 times

-"Repairing" the game files 10 times

I have the game on EA App not Steam. 

The second funny thing is it is IMPOSSIBLE to open a real support case on EA's very good Support Live Chat form because their form is false/not working, there is a drop down menu where you MUST choose your platform, but no platform exists there. I assume this is intentionally because EA's hard work publishing this game made them lazy.
