No points are awarded in squad battles

just now noticed that those 7 goals scored with and assisted by eredevise players didn’t count either… ☹️

i just tried to play some squad battles games, and every time i was finished with the game - the postgame showed me stats, but then right before awarding me my points, crashed the game. 

i have now won 4-0, 7-0 (picture shown), and 1-0 on varying difficulties, just to have ZERO points from playing. they were all counted as 0-3 losses and gave me 0 points. i understand that i’m just one small fish trying to get compensated but this feels so helpless and boring if all i want to do is play YOUR game i paid for…

I am having the same issue. 7 Games, contracts used and deducted, achievements on xbox registered but no squad battles point. 

…make that 7 games. Still not fixed despite end of Squad battles. Contacted EA without response. What do we do!?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? My XP is stuck at 9750 and any challenge of match won't change it
What happens when the bug occurs? No XP and wasting my challenges XP as it’s disappearing. Lost 5+ games worth of XP 
What should be happening instead? Gaining XP

No hope 4 scrubbed games all wins + 10 games left plus the bonus matches, so that's me swindled out of 2 days and an Elite 1 finish,  

No response from ea so it is on us as always 

Does anyone know if it's working again, there is no way of telling? 

same here and i don't know if i will stay at elite2 because of it

This has been happening to me also, I have the pictures that prove this and I sent them to EA Help on X as recommended however nothing I'm losing time, contracts loaned players for challenges,  prizes and don't know if I should play again since a hard positive result is negative. can you respond when the game is able to be enjoyed as I don't want to waste my matches and players without getting a reward!

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) irrespective of a full restart and the usual steps, there is also no notice saying I'm offline or lost connection to servers 
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?  Play squad battles and at the end of the game you win you obtain coins then it shows zero 0 points like when you have reached your limit of games or I can provide you pictures           
What happens when the bug occurs? I lost points, contracts, loaned players required for objectives and will miss out on the reward I should have been given, I would have finished in Elite 1
What should be happening instead? We are getting no error to say otherwise, therefore no reason to expect the game to default, so compensation, should be granted not to mention the time lost during the perk of being allowed early access
