FC24 Server Error while claiming a pack

Question

I am unable to unlock a gold pack. Whenever I click on redeem button , it shows error communicating with the server. Because of this I am unable to open an store pack. Plz help

I have tried restarting my pc, changing the network, changing dns. But nothing works.
