Objective marker error

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at the objectives tab and the marker “6” will show above.
What happens when the bug occurs? Objective marker will not go away even when all objective rewards are claimed.
What should be happening instead? Objective reward marker should disappear.
I have tried exiting UT and going back in but this doesn’t work. Restarting the game doesn’t work either.
When I earn additional rewards the marker increases but once claimed it defaults back to 6. This objective marker is well and truly stuck!
Please can you provide a fix?
