One sided sluggish gameplay during peak times

One sided sluggish gameplay during 11am and 11.30pm.

What's happens = I have around 10% control of my players, all players slowed down when sprinting and reacting to balls.

Agility of players at around 10%, Can't time tackles, opponents run through tackles. Can't get a pass/shot away unless in plenty of space.

Here's a history of my match reports incase EA want to tell me mu connections bad, the last 4 matches were basically unplayable. The rest were good. I would love to play in the afternoon or after dinner if it's possible? Saturday 10.44 first match night into Sunday morning was all good played 8 matches,  when it's unplayable its impossible to play more than two matches.
