Both have the same nat type that is nat type 2

That should be fine. You want to have either NAT type 1 or 2. Are both your PSN IDs linked to the same EA account?
Also, are you gamesharing or did both of you purchase it individually?
Ze zijn niet gekoppeld aan hetzelfde account zoals het ons eigen hoofdaccount is. Ik heb het spel gekocht terwijl ze het heeft geclaimd toen het in de Playstation plus-selectie kwam. Ik heb zelfs geprobeerd ma account primair op haar Playstation uit te schakelen en aan de andere kant te activeren en het werkt niet, zelfs niet na 24 uur, terwijl vice versa met de hare.
Well or PSN accounts are not connected to 1 EA account we both have one.
Well I bought it some time ago meanwhile my GF got it by plus game redeemed last month. Our main accounts are not primary on each other's Playstation but on our own.
