Well as far as we tried it has only been her account that got kicked out or disconnected.
Both are connected on cable and also tried it on wifi but also not a succes. Is our own internet maybe a possible problem?

Community ManagerMost likely, there's a configuration issue with your router. Can you check to the UPnP setting on your router? It should be enabled.
What is that/ how do you do that?

You'll need to look up the guide for accessing your router's admin online. If you can give me the router model, I'll do that search for you.

Everything I find is in French so it would be best to contact your ISP. They will tell you how to log into your router and check the UPnP setting. It's also possible they can guide you to online documentation.
