Opponent leaves match but I receive a defeat instead of win

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I was champions 3-6. I have the same situation twice in a row. I lead 4:1, the opponent presses pause and leaves the game. Immediately after the message that the opponent has left the game, after clicking away, I get the window that an error has occurred with Ultimate Team and that I am being redirected to the menu. In the menu I see that I apparently gave up my last game because I led twice with 4:1. I'm now 3-8 even though I should be 5-6 and I'm afraid to continue playing.
What happens when the bug occurs? game was countet as lose
