Other player forfeited game due to insufficient players.

I was playing a rivals game and coming back to 2-2, from 0-2 down.  Opponent had had a play sent off and just conceded the equaliser.  I then get the forfeit message, but the game ends 2-2.  Surely a forfeit is a win to me?  Players surprising often lose connection when I am getting back in the game!

Can this instance be corrected to a win?
