Packs cannot simply disappear from any account. If you have multiple unopened packs, make sure to check both in-game and on the UT web app to ensure they are not overlooked. Perhaps the pack has been opened accidentally while you opened other packs.
If you have doubts, you can contact our support team so they can check your recent account history.
no, the pack just disappeared after the game got stuck in open pack window in my case also. So, stop blaming players and builds for the game bugs.
in my case, right now, the pack seems to be used, but in reality, the pack as never opened.
