Pause menu does not work

The game should pause‌I am not able to pause a running game. That happens in 50% of the career matches. It seems like it happens after you make a free kick and accidently click RT, so the "player replace suggestion" comes up. After that you are not able to pause anymore. This makes the game - besides a lot of other bugs - simply unplayable&nbsp;

I can confirm this. One of my players suffered a mild injury in the first-half. The game recommend I sub them out via the quick sub feature (RT on PC Steam and xbox 360 controller). It didn't process it. I was able to play the game until half-time. Now, the half-time menu doesn't appear, and I'm in an endless loop of half-time cut-scenes. I had to Alt+F4 the game (yay, more bugs!) , so I've also lost all Career Mode progress since the last save.
