PC - FUT Mode - Stuck when trying to claim objectives or view transfer market

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When trying to claim any objectives, it displays the reward on-screen and you need to press enter to confirm - this does not work, it gets stuck. Also have the issue where the arrow keys stop working on this screen, you can use the mouse to select items but it also does not allow you to click on confirm to proceed - have to force close the game. Right now, can only claim these items on the mobile app. on 06 January 2024, issue experienced in the transfer market - after searching for a specific player and results are displayed, i am not able to navigate through the various items on keyboard and neither can select one with the actions key if i want to make a bid nor can i press escape to cancel and go back to the previous screen. Once again, have to force quit the game. No issues on any of the other areas of the game. I have used the repair option and no luck on this.
What happens when the bug occurs? Keyboard inputs from the arrow keys, using enter to select and escape to cancel do not work. I am able to open the EA APP overlay, that works - so its not a keyboard issue - its related to the game. Works fine in all other aspects of the game.
What should be happening instead? Should work as advertised.
Having an issue when claiming the objectives and you have to confirm the reward that you are being given. Keyboard inputs for navigation (in terms of where you have a choice of what to select), the enter key for confirmation and the escape key to go back do not work - they just stop working in these screens. Same occurs when in the transfer market after getting the list of players that are for sale - cannot navigate, select, use the action key or cancel. Have to force close the game.
Controller does not work either and the mouse only allows you to navigate on the screen but does not allow for any of the actions equivalent to confirmation, cancel or actions buttons to work.
