I have the same problem and mostly the menu freezes when I am at the store or when selecting sides before match. Also I have noticed that you can understand when the bug will happen because at the objectives you cannot see the packs that you can earn, and you are seeing some black screen there. For example, I saw the black screen at the point I should see the packs (at objectives) and when I went to shop there was only the grey part (behind the packs) without the packs. And there the keyboard isn't working (except from tab as you said) and with the mouse you can navigate and click "back" but nothing happens. I think there is something wrong with the packs cause when the packs are missing you know you will eventually stuck on some menu.
This is getting ridiculous that there is no acknowledgement for this issue. Its still happening and annoying as hell. Just that issue now when trying to play a match...cant proceed or go back from that screen.
Its now happening in most of the screens in FUT.
New Patch...same issue. and even more issues after the patch where the game stops loading all the graphics in the menu and everything is corrupted when you select packs.
