PC Commentary Still Not Working_EA Play_Already Tried Recommended Solutions

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load into any match. Kick-Off/Career Mode ETC. There is no commentary. However, there is other sound (menu buttons, menu music, match sound effects). Further, upon first opening FC 24, there is no "EA Sports, it's in the game" or narrator sound.
What happens when the bug occurs? No commentary.
What should be happening instead? Commentary

PC Commentary Not Working_EA Play_Already Tried Recommended Solutions

I have recently purchased FC 24, and have no commentary.  I've tried the following recommended solutions and still not fixed:
1. Uninstalling and reinstalling FC 24 in EA Play

2. Repairing FC 24 in the EA Play

3. Changing language option to Spanish when uninstalling and reinstallling.  Still no commentary in Spanish.  Then uninstalling and reinstallling while changing back to English in the reinstall.  Still no commentary in English

4. Removing EA FC 24 from Steam (even though I'm not using Steam when I have the no commentary issue)

5. Turning my PC's Audio Enhancements from "Device Default Effects" off- and on (along with restarting)

6. Changing my camera settings to "Custom" and changing the Height/Dimensions

6. Checking the volume and language of my commentary in the Game Settings "Audio" menu

7. Checking for FC 24 updates (I'm using the most updated version)

8. Confirming that the install location is accurate ("FC 24" file within the "EA Sports FC 24" folder)

9. Using 3 different speaker options (same issue on each set of speakers).

10. Turning on/off the Menu Music in-game.
