PC EAFC 24 Lags and stuttering

@Frost1ble it seems that it comes from a big usage of the CPU while ingame, something in the game eats all the CPU usage and create those "slow-motions" with instant speed after that
I have the same issue now.
Things were fine until yesterday.
Ryzen 9 5900X
64 GB Ram at 3200 mhz
Nvidia 2080 Super
Now there’s input delay and stuttering every few minutes. Can’t play competitively because of the problem.
Dude I selected a display mode - Windowed Borderless . Lags and stuttering became less but they are still there
