PC EAFC 24 Lags and stuttering

This is simply unacceptable. Everything was fine until yesterday. Just yesterday the game started to lag and stuttering. EA what did you do, is there any solution to the problem…? Ryzen 5600x 16Gb ...

Does the same thing on madden too. pretty sure its a lot of EA games right now. Just started happening to me
