[PC] EAFC takes over audio which breaks other apps

I got the exact same issue, i tried everything i could think about but nothing worked. 

Hope to get a fix soon because as you said it's super frustrating.

Yeah really not sure what else to try. I've resorted to using an old headset plugged into my phone for discord lol. I'm wondering if it's a recent windows update or something as like I said it wasn't happening in fifa 23 just a few months ago. 

I guess I haven't tried reinstalling the game but I'm hesitant to blow like 50gb of data on what will likely not be a fix. 

I was able to play 5 clubs matches last night without my mic breaking. I've only changed two things since I made this post. 

First off, it seems as though in game settings are still broken on PC. I mentioned that despite having voice chat off in the menu, I could still hear other players speaking via in game voice chat. One of my friends was hearing me twice in match, as in over discord and in game. I was able to stop it by going into the settings and toggling voice chat on and back off again. I don't know if this is just temporary, like you'd have to do it every time you launch the game or what, but it fixed it for the rest of the matches I played. I also noticed the same thing happening for my camera settings. I have it on co-op for all modes yet in game I was getting the default camera. 

The other thing is that there was another windows update maybe a day or two ago. I have no clue if this has anything to do with it but it's the only relatively significant difference from when I was having the issue.
