I’m getting stuttering every game when the gameplay switches to cutscenes and also stuttering during celebrations and corners it’s not PC settings, this needs another patch asap.
ok guy so far i managed to run the game much better, if your on a 1080p monitor just edit these settings in the fcsetup.in, in fc 24 folder in my documents and nvidia panel (note you need to run the game on 1440p if you have a 1080p monitor, add the refresh rate whats highest your monitor supports)

now even the menu are at 120 fps @dj_j0hn163 It works. Thank you.
I delete my fcsetup.in and paste this settings + NVidia settings. After that I lower to medium Crowd, Grass and Render. And now works well. Of course it can be better, but for now is playable.

I don't have fcsetup.in in my fc24 folder , any suggestions ?
- @DannyMcaleese1 It should be in your “Documents/FC 24” folder. Not in ea folder
@dj_j0hn163Wow, thanks for come up with the solution. It could be better, but it's works for now. EA needs to be ashamed because normal people are faster than their technicians to give solution for this issue.
what if i don’t have preferred maximum refresh rate option in Nvidia control panel?
And how many max fps do I set ?
Im playing on Laptop 1920x1080 144hz
Intel CORE i7
Nvidia RTX 307016GB RAM
- @Flythy11 you need to put 144hz refresh rate in the fc24setup.in file that you can find here C:\Users\yourname\Documents\FC 24, make sure you after ou edit the file dont go in our ingame display settings and change anything

Many thanks for your solution. I can report that my game is now running at constant 60 fps using Pro Player Camera mode.
I was getting 30 fps on this camera mode before no matter how much I lowered the graphical settings. I have 3080 rtx by the way. I really enjoy playing FIFA using the Pro Cam at Ultra settings and I can't thank you enough for sharing your solution. The replay has been fixed as well at 60 fps. I get stutter during transition but that happens rarely now.

This helped.I can shoot penalties and corners now.
Now the thing "left" is the FPS drop on cinematics.
Is awful, almost 10fps for me.
Any thoughts on any of those settings that affect cinematics?- @dj_j0hn163 What if I want to play in 4k? Are these settings or even all medium settings comparable to a PS5 in terms of graphics detail? I really want to stay on PC because of all the mods but seriously considering switching to PS5 atm.
- @JamboGee92 it has same details as ps5 but the game is so poorly optimized you will need to play on medium to low settings on 4k the problem is the rendering keep it medium or you will have lags fps drops shuttering, they will release a fix but no idea when, the 1st patch was suppose to fix it unfortunately its same many more bugs and pro clubs is broken for many now
@dj_j0hn163Thanks. What I meant was, is medium detail settings on PC comparable to PS5? I'm happy to play on medium for now if that's the case.
- @JamboGee92 only if you set MSAA_LEVEL = 3 via the fc24setup.in file it will look better with 1440p resolution and above on medium settings
