Cutscenes are extremely low fps(must be something wrong with either the crowd or strand hair which is poorly optimized.) My rig isn't powerful but it manages to run a normal game from COOP angle on at least 50fps ultra. But cutscenes being less than a 5 fps is really a bummer which EA must fix. This issue is way more defined in the online segment of FC 24. While these stutters happen (and that's between 5-15seconds) I'm unable to anything. And then the game speeds up without registering my controls, only showing my opponent speeding up towards my goal. And that is everytime any cutscene happens or when camera appears to be relatively close to players f.e. in corners, goal kicks, penalties and free kicks.

RAM: 24gb DDR4

Game is installed on a Nvme SSD
My pc specs are above minimal. No such issue as a massive stutter before and after a cutscene occurred in previous iteration of EA Sports FIFA, though low fps was an issue there as well but way more tolerable.
