Missing Rewards for "Daily Login Upgrade SBC"objectives

Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team™
Which part of the mode? Squad Building Challenges
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 11/28/2023
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 8:30 PM
What is your time zone? ECT - GMT + 1:00
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Idk how you can find it, its your job
What happens when the bug occurs? I don't receive rewards where i should complete a couple of sbc's everyday to receive items from objectives
What should be happening instead? Receiving rewards

This is not funny anymore, at first i didn't receive the 100k pack from those fc pro live sbc's and now i didn't receive anything from the daily login sbc's (50k pack i think)

PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!

    Even though I complete the tasks, ea does not give me my rewards

    Hello.

    I've just completed the last part of objective, it's showns as completed, but I didn't manually claim it.

    And the most important thing is that there is no 'Rare Players Pack' in my store.

    I want my reward.

    Also there is a bug in objective section, there is a tag (red circle) indicating that I didn't claim 11 objectives, but it's not true.

    It's always greater than the actual unclaimed objectives.

    I've completed the Day 6 of Daily login rewards, but I haven't received the day 6 reward nor the whole daily login completionist reward.

    The exact same thing has happened to me I didn’t get either of the packs

    Yeah same here, didn't get final reward and group reward but it's ticked off.

    Can’t claim my daily login rewards from day 6. It says Ive claimed but I never did
