I'm having similar problems and my laptop the specs are:
ASUS TUF A15 FA507RM 15.6" WQHD 165Hz Gaming Laptop (AMD Ryzen 7-6800H, Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD, Windows 11).
The stutters happens when use the in game vsync. I play on auto graphics settings and get about 120 fps with no limiter. I limit to 60 Hz and 60 fps as I play it on a TV. Adaptive vsync on Nvidia has reduced the stutter but still occurs.
@tahmid5050 try to set the resolution to 1440p manually, and make sure if you edit settings manually via the fc 24 folder dont do any changes in the ingame display settings as it will reset, if your tv has 60hz limit, manually put 75hz in the fc24setup.in file

Hi, last year i get 100 fps on ultra settings, nowadays I'm stuck at 20-40 fps at low, looks impossible. My files below:
Its not your system. Its EA Incompetence. If they were an Ultimate Team card they would have an Incompetence of 99, greed of 99 and optimization skills of 1.
Why would you set the game to try and display more frames than the monitor is capable of?
- @dj_j0hn163 hi, I've followed your instructions and it seems to have improved the situation with far less stutter than before. It didn't work with nvidia apdative sync but worked with the in game vysnc. Thank you for your help🙏.
Serouosly Year on year. EA are morons. Release a game they don't know how to optimize. Mass Refund the game. This is unacceptable.
- @tahmid5050 do you still get fps drops with his suggestions? Sometimes I get no fps drops for 3 games in a row; but then suddenly there are fps drops in another game. Its like going into the game, I dont know what I will be getting.
- @mrkrabcake7. I did get some stutters but it was very few. From the 2 games I played with the settings I think I had around 3 stutters altogether, but then again I was playing online for the 2 games. I'm still playing the 10hr trial version. So once the full game is out I can get a better idea of whether the technique is working. Before testing out John163 technique I used to get a lot of stutters in offline and online gameplay.
