Yeah, I'm having stuttering problems too. Especially in cinematic scenes and menus, FPS drops to 5s and the game stutters.
It really kills the pleasure of the game.
My system:
Video Card: MSI RTX 4080
Processor: Ryzen 7 7800X3D
Motherboard: MPG B650 CARBON WIFI
RAM: GSKILL 32GB (2x16GB) Trident Z5 Neo 6000MHz CL30 DDR5
PSU: MSI PSU MPG A850G PCIE5 850W 80 PLUS GOLD
SSD: Samsung 970 Evo Plus NVMe 1TB
I think the fact that the game hangs with this system shows a really bad optimisation.
PC. Found solution for myself. ( lags when corners,penalty, celebration)
In short hair, render, grass etc all in auto. Also choose NO crossplay for PC. Input lag here, but play vs console zero chance... PC vs PC all end 6-5 5-5 )))
