after I won a match and the animations of the players celebrating were already appearing, I was notified that the ultimate team server was unable to process it, so I was disconnected and lost the match, even though it had already been closed, I'm going through this a lot, never hear compensation or something, but now that was the limit, it was a very important victory
I was disconnected online through no fault of my own. The match was deemed defeated. My coin dropped. Isn't this unfair? I also fell down the rankings. It has nothing to do with me. I experience the connection error every day. There is no connection problem in all games except this game. Ping level 4. My level dropped in the "Rival" event. There is injustice. Fix this game now!
A lot of free games with millions of active players have better/stable network or servers.
A paid game like FC 24 should at the minimum have stable servers instead of asking us to retry after every other button click in the menus. This is just disrespectful to the customers to think it's okay to not fix this although it has been over a week since all this mess started.
Do you not spin up additional nodes to support increased load systematically?

EA thinks it is our internet connection issue but everyone is having this problem and you can tell because the amount of claims filed lately. Also EA it keeps disconnecting after trying to start an SBC or mid way of building one please fix your servers EA this is your problem!
Last weeks FUT champs was ruined due to random disconnects resulting in a loss.
And now it is happening again in qualifiers.
I fins this extremely poor for a game I paid for.

I read every post about fixing our network and if i it our problem what can we do ,but i tried everything you told every guy for the last weeks and still have the same problems with disconnections. I have wired connection from the start of the game and after the start of the Bundesliga tots every game is a nightmare , but last week after red picks drama i cant even play a full game without getting kicked out of the game because of this thing. My packet loss is 0.17 % and it is like this from the start of the game. I want a fix or somebody to give me a reason why this happens, a compensation cause of the bad services or a refund.
playing rivals guy left 10 seconds into game after pausing it. Dont bother with bad connection it had 20 ms before game. Its a glitch that i just read how to do online.
