To all of you guys, I have found a working solution.
Step by step:
1. In folder where is game installed search for FC24.exe and set it to "run this program as administrator"
2. Don´t use the latest driver from Nvidia, the one from 21.9. causing stutters and lags, I´ve installed 537.34 driver
3. Open your Nvidia control panel and change
- textures filtering - Allow
- vertical synchronization - Adaptive
- trilinear optimalization - On
Other settings shouldn´t cause problems
4. Run the game directly from the shortcut, not from EA App
5. in game settings turn off Vsync and FPS limiter too
6. I´ve turned off also Crossplay as it seem this also causing stutters, lags and delay
These setting works like a charm on my rig
Ryzen 7 5700x
GTX 1660
16GB of 3200Mhz Ram
