This helped me - it’s already working
2 weeks. 1.Undervolting the video card. 2. High PC performance. FPS limiting is disabled. All vertical syncs are disabled.
Now the game runs smoothly. There are no control delays or lags.
@Showkan23 that doesnt help, my gpu is undervolted long back g-sync off, vsync off still the game would run *, only way was to run settings in medium, this issue is since 22nd sep
