Yup, till this day i still have that problem, the only solution u have i locking the game on 60hz 30fps, just like a console would play.
That just means they didnt optmize the game to obtain more then 30/60 fps during a game, just like consoles.
So when you pc tris to load the 144hz that he can handle, the game is just not ready for it.
Sad.
