Penalty circle is disappeared, i lost 3/10 games from playoffs because of this bug and i didn’t qualify in eafc 24

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? go on the playoffs and kick any penalty you won’t find the circle that measures the accuracy
What happens when the bug occurs? it happened in 4 matches, two of them i went to extra time i got a penalty and i missed it then we went to penalties and i lost ,this bug cost me 4 matches in playoffs two of them the opponent won in pens and the other i missed it during the game
What should be happening instead? that the circle that should be measuring the accuracy appears
the penalty circle glitched and disappeared,fix it because i lost 3-4/10 of my playoffs and i didn’t qualify because of it, some opponents knew about the glitch and every time i go 1 on 1 on goal he tackles me in the penalty area so when i get a pen he knows i cannot score it because of the glitch , i need my points back,qualify me or give me compensation
I just lost a qualifying match in FC 24 because I couldn't see the circle around the ball when you kick a penalty, so I had to guess the timing. This is simply unacceptable for such an expensive game.

I have the same problem in Futchampions playoffs! i missed all my penalties, and this issue is still present today!
I have the feeling that it won't be fixed before the weekend league. I have searched everywhere for a solution, but nothing.
Please EA, fix this major problem! This is unacceptable
The whole system seems rubbish to me. The previous system seemed to work quite well. Even though I'm hitting it on a green circle and barely moving the stick the penalty still comes off the post or goes wide. It needs a big overhaul.
