Penalty shootout not triggering - Xbox Series X - Squad Battles

I hope someone at EA is looking into this - the penalty shootout does not trigger on XBox Series X and instead the cut scenes (which can't be skipped) just start playing on an endless loop. The only way then is to exit the game and come back in, which is a complete waste of the time you put in playing the match in the first place. Very annoying, can this be fixed in the next title update? Please and thank you
