Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When starting Ultimate Team
What happens when the bug occurs? I entered 2 codes from the Pepsi promotion. The first code worked fine, and I received my pack containing kits and XP. I then entered a second code. When I then logged into Ultimate Team I saw the congratulations screen but did not receive a pack. over the last week every time I log in to Ultimate Team I get the same thing. I have also looked on the promotional page and It says I have used 1 promotional code. I have tried to re-enter the 2nd code but it says it has been used.
What should be happening instead? I get the Congratulations screen and the see a pack in the store

No, not at all. Still got that notifications when starting Ultimate Tam and no rewards in the store too.

I have the exact same issue and the Pepsi and EA teams are both apparently working on it but as of right now ...still only the first pack worked...
