After playing clubs drop in, at the end of a match, the game sometimes freezes. Once you restart the game, the rating from the game that was frozen is 0, so your average rating drops. This was a bug in the beta, so pretty amazing this has made it through to full release.
Problem also existed in FIFA 23. That's never going to be fixed I'm afraid
