Pitch is black

Playing in the Frankfurt stadium, pitch is black and can’t see any of the lines. Tried restarting match but didn’t fix it.

“You have lost your online connection.”
Trying to play FC 24 but it won’t connect me to the online services/ servers. Saying it’s a network problem but I can play online on any other game. I even have an EA monthly membership. Any ideas?
