Players Want to Leave Too Easily

Which part of the mode? Manager Career
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This is a bit difficult to explain a trigger, byt players seem to get to the poi8nt where they submit a transfer request far too quickly. Even players signed on a 'sporadic' contract can randomly demand a transfer after missing only 2-3 games. Of course, the issue then is that we cannot get them back 'on side' because there is no ability to get them to rescind their transfer request (see separate bug report).
What happens when the bug occurs? The player demands a transfer and that's it - there is absolutely nothing a manager can do to get them to change their mind.
What should be happening instead? Ease off the rate at which a player becomes dissillusioned and submits a request.

See the explanation above.  Some players are demanding transfer requests even when they play quite regularly.  There have been reports of a club's top scorer demanding a transfer, which is absurd.

What are the rules that drive when a player gets to this point, and can they be relaxed, as this is ruining the experience.

    This has to be fixed so badly i started a ajax career mode a while back but i have stopped playing it there were 5(!) players that almost played every game and handed in transfer requests it pissed me off so much that i stopped playing in fifa 20 if you could get the players happy you could instantly remove them from the transfer list but now you cant do that anymore its the whole reason i dont play fc 24 anymore because of this * stupid issue

    @EA_Pulsar can you guys pls fix this? Its the only issue i still have with career mode then its as good as playable

    So, EA;

    A number of people have asked about this issue and yet there is no engagement - at all - about it.

    Why can't you address the concerns of your customers?

    This is one of the issues I raised that simply has not had any engagement.  Since you told me on another thread that "the majority of threads get replies and every thread gets read.", why is it that this one has escaped "the team"?  Is there anything - at all - you can do to get someone to look at this issue and give us some feedback?

    They really don’t care at all, I’ve lost “rotation” players because I didn’t play them for two games in a row and the fact you can’t get them to sign a new contract if they become happy again is so annoying. 

    As long as they make money they won’t fix career mode
