Please help me

I literally can't play this fifa, I had got help on live chat to help me play fifa 23 and an email address was linked with the help of an advisor and now with the new game it's asking me to verify myself on the email that was created to which I have no access to. I have tried to do live chat via my phone and live chat won't load it keeps looping me around in circles, I have spent over 8 hours trying to sort this and it's now got to the stage I want to literally harm myself all I want is a contact email or contact number so I can at least get this sorted I am literally struggling with this
