How often does the bug occur? 20% of the time I get this bug.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know this like a tutorial but I just had put 11 players, the full team on each side and play a scenario, exit the scenario and rejoin.
What happens when the bug occurs? I cant delete the players.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to delete the players.
