Pre order bonus not received
Hi I’ve logged into eafc 24 on console and haven’t received my haaland loan pack and my 4600 fc points can anyone help?

Same here.
My problem is a bit different.
I bought the pre-order through my PS5 on my account, but wanted it for my son to use it as he's a child under my main account.
I had assumed that if he is the first to log on to FC24 then he would get the pre-order stuff but it seems not to be the case. I have done this sort of thing in other games before.
I play it on PC and got my pre-order bonus so that's fine, I don't play it on PS.
Is there anyway I can get the pre-order stuff to pop up on my son's account on the PS5? I don't want to open FC24 on my PS5 account as it will give me all that stuff and it'll be locked in.
EA doesn't seem to allow us to open any help cases any longer.
