Pre order bonus not received

Hi I’ve logged into eafc 24 on console and haven’t received my haaland loan pack and my 4600 fc points can anyone help?

Hello all, I preordered EA FC 24 for Nintendo switch and today it let me download the game. After downloading the game, I try to start the game and it gives me a message “the console will check whether this software can be played.”. Then after checking, I receive a message “You cannot play this software yet. Would you like to view more detailed information on Nintendo eShop?”.

Thus, I am not able to play the game, even though it’s downloaded in my console. What’s the point of a pre-order, if you cannot play the game before the release?

Could you please provide a solution?

@Jgkar the main point of pre-loading a game is that you could instantly jump-in when the game itself officially releases. You can play EA FC24 on Nintendo Switch on September 29th.
That's the solution - you can't play the game until that date on NS.
