Pre order bonus not received
Hi I’ve logged into eafc 24 on console and haven’t received my haaland loan pack and my 4600 fc points can anyone help?

To get the pre order content, you will need to launch the game as you won't be able to see your content on the Web App.
Don't worry, it is normal that nothing shows on the web app. A first login on the game tomorrow will unlock everything.
@EA_Hux This is not true. I have not been given my pre-order rewards, I've played over 40 games and I still haven't gotten my TOTW pack, a feature I paid extra for. What am I meant to do?
In my case, I pre ordered the standard version for the PS5 and at the download page there was the ps4 and PS5 and also a page with the pre order items, but silly me, I went back and now I can't find that page and I also didn't get the pre order items ☹️
