To get the pre order content, you will need to launch the game as you won't be able to see your content on the Web App.
Don't worry, it is normal that nothing shows on the web app. A first login on the game tomorrow will unlock everything.
I didn't receive it yet? can you help me with this situation because now i cant receive the founders challenge☹️
