Pre order bonus not received

Hi I’ve logged into eafc 24 on console and haven’t received my haaland loan pack and my 4600 fc points can anyone help?

Hi there i haven't received my ea sports fc 24 ultimate edition pre order bonus no 4600 points no erling haaland 7 game player either this leaves me really unhappy can someone from EA help please

Same here I have tried everything I have even uninstalled and reinstalled it I am on Xbox and still not got nothing don’t no why this is happening
