Pre order bonus not received

As on Saturday I don't get any fc point or 24 game loan player

I have the same issue. I preordered the game (standard edition) and am playing the 10 hour trial through ea play, but I have not gotten any of the founders stuff. I’m hoping once the actual game comes out for us it’ll be there.

I spoke on live chat with EA last night, they are aware of all issues and in the next few days everything will be sorted out in relation to missing content etc

please view the picture for yourself. I am missing loads of content (like this to get it noticed please)!

I haven’t received my TOTW pack I have recieved the FC points just no TOTW pack how can I get it? I pre ordered the ultimate edition
