Mate I miss the old forums so much! This place is absolutely dead, no response at all anymore. Genuinely concerned that we won’t receive the content we paid for. Like a ghost town on here..

I tried the contact option live chat support like a week ago and they said “this is a know problem, or team is work on this”. I will contact ea tomorrow again and let you know what response I get. I also didn’t get the

but I’m also not sure when you needed to pre order the game to get the pre order bonus! I found a site who said the 22 of sep and 22 of aug

and I’m missing pretty much all the things you are. Received my points and that was it. The other stuff I’m not overly fussed over now, more concerned about the champions league hero we are meant to get in December.
I know the wheel turns incredibly slow at EA, but hopefully it’s sorted soon.

i just got x10 +82. and i did a lot of challenger in fifa23, bugged or something, i hope they will fix it because i waste a lot of time doing the squad battle games and now i just have 1 reward.....

I just double checked with my team on this. Evidently, this is an on-going issue with the game at the moment. Just like you, hundreds of thousands of players are also impacted by the same situation. Good news is our game teams are on it. They're literally working on a fix as we speak. It won't be long before this gets taken care. Once that happens, this'll be resolved not just for you but for all affected players.
The issue that you are facing seems to be a know issue and the issue that you are facing seems to be a global issue for the community. That is why I would ask you to wait so that the team can investigate it and resolve this as soon as possible.

Any update from anyone, like who do we even contact on here, not like they would respond anyway…But seriously what a bloody joke, still missing content from ultimate edition pre order and still missing pre-season rewards. How can this happen to what looks like so many people, yet no big content creators are making a fuss about it?
