Hi I completed all of the pre season objectives but all I received was 1 x 82x 10 pack and 1 new era pack instead of two where are all the rest of my packs EA please can u take a look into my account and add the missing packs thanks x

Haven’t got all my preseason packs
anybody else missing pre season rewards? I got the join the club 1 and 2 packs but never recieved join the club 3 or my both new era sbc packs
then i get in touch to tell them and they cant do anything… joke of a company cant even provide players with the right items
