    I'm not sure if it's a problem with the transaction since right beside "processing" there is an icon with the question mark and if you click on it it says " we've billed you for your order but some items may not been delivered yet". The problem is even if I want to make a refund I couldn't since I bought the pre order in August. So I'm stuck with it.
