Prilo SBC rewards issue

I've finished the sbc of Andrea Pirlo and the last part of it which I finish in it was the one which gives me Andrea Pirlo loan, but none of the loan nor the permanent one exist in the club and they aren't on the transfer list too and for sure I didn't quick sell them.

What should I do?


I was in a contact with the ea customer support (finally there was a chat opened) but he told me that they have a problem with an internal too and I have to contact them after 1-2 hrs, and now after 3 hours I'm not able to get a chat open again with them ☹️
