Pro clubs and coop season

Can’t join my friends pro clubs club and can’t play in coop seasons with my friends who are all on the same platform. I’ve tried un installing which didn’t work and deleting profiles on the game but also hasn’t worked. I’m guessing it’s something to do with the ea servers? Has anyone else had this issue?
